Bring a short account of your business goals, the customers you most want to reach, and the problems that prompted the project. Collect current materials such as your website, proposals, ads, and any brand guide, along with examples of messages that have worked or caused confusion. If you have customer feedback, sales objections, or useful marketing results, bring those too. You do not need polished answers; honest gaps are useful starting points.

Invite the people who can explain your vision and approve decisions, and note where their views differ. Before the meeting, agree on the main decision you need help making and any real deadline or budget constraint. REX’s Brand Discovery overview describes the kinds of questions its team explores, so you can use it to prepare without trying to script the conversation.
